The Linksys Velop setup app is a simple process that you can do using the web browser and the WiFi app. Apart from that, the WPS is another method that you can use for the same purpose, as the WPS button is available on most mesh setups. In the first method, you will need to go to the web browser and reach the setup window by using the default web or IP address.
