Yamuna Densons Crimping Type Center Palm Lug are made from electrolytic copper tubes. The dimensions of the tube are optimized for maximum efficient electrical conductivity and mechanical strength to resist vibration and pull out. These are used for terminating any size of cables, or electrical switching types of equipment, where vibration is critical. Lugs are annealed to guarantee optimum ductility which is an absolute necessity for connectors that will have to withstand the severe deformation caused by compression and any bending of the palm during installation. In applications subject to vibration, lugs still have to perform a reliable connection.
