I'm Luis Navarro, a dedicated Psychotherapist, and an Anger Specialist. My mission is to assist men and women just like you in effectively addressing their anger management concerns, enabling them to salvage their relationships, nurture their families, and safeguard their careers.
My personal journey has led me to understand the depths of anger management. I too have walked the path of intense anger since a young age. My anger outbursts were unpredictable, leaving me feeling helpless as I struggled to gain control over them. It was a distressing phase where I felt like a monster, inadvertently causing pain to the people I cherished the most.
